Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Nasyana Tourist Vehicle Services, you enter into a binding agreement for vehicle rental and transportation services within Nepal. Our services include but are not limited to airport transfers, city tours, trekking transportation, and custom travel itineraries.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment or full payment as agreed
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods
• Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, road conditions, and seasonal factors
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, waiting time, or route changes

3. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

• 24+ hours before service: Full refund minus processing fees
• 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

4. Vehicle and Driver Responsibilities

• All vehicles are regularly maintained and insured
• Drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with Nepal's roads
• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher category if needed
• Fuel, tolls, and parking fees are included unless otherwise specified

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time
• Respect the vehicle and driver
• Follow local laws and regulations
• No smoking, drinking, or illegal activities in vehicles

6. Liability and Insurance

Nasyana Tourist Vehicle Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, customers are advised to have their own travel insurance. We are not liable for personal belongings, delays due to weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, road blockages, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
